Zack came out when my yard was washing away when it rained and found out the issue was I didn’t have gutters and the yard needed to be graded and he knocked out the job in just two days fixing the issue i highly recommend

Mr Hutto Knocked it out of the park! We had a sunken boat lift at our dock and we live up on a big hill. It’s very treacherous, but the sunken boat lift was very dangerous.. we needed it out. We were quoted very heavy prices with complicated solutions by others but Mr Hutto came well within our budget, 4 guys, a bob cat and a come-along and got the lift out within 5 hours of our first phone call

Retrieved a boat lift someone else who was supposed to remove but instead dropped under our dock - got it done in less than 3 hours. Great job.

Mccormick Landscaping and Grading did an amazing job on clearing the side of our home, to add a new driveway, as well as updating our existing older driveway. Zach listened to our vision and designed a plan with my husband. They cleared and removed overgrowth (including removing tree stumps), graded both driveways, and laid dump & run gravel on both sides. They put railroad ties in to contain the gravel and then they placed asphalt at the beginning of the main driveway (per our recommendations). Zach then graded a portion of our back yard, where we will be having new construction and sidewalks added, so the new grading will bring everything together. Zach also added a seperate sidewalk for my husband's wheelchair, offering a smooth transition to/from our front door to truck. We did notice some grass starting to come through on one of the driveways. I sent a text to Zach and he responded immediately. He told me what chemicals to purchase and came out within the week to look at it. We made a plan of attack for this situation and he will be monitoring it to see what path will be needed, if any. They were professional, on time for the entire project, and went above and beyond. The whole project only took them two days. We will definitely be using them for future projects and highly recommend this company. They are local and their pricing is very reasonable. They are not out just to make a buck. Zach truly cared about the work and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. He guarantees his work.

I did a lot of research beforehand on leveling and grading and quickly realized there are many steps involved if you want it done correctly. The first company I got a quote from simply showed up, took a few measurements, and gave me a price, no explanation at all. This company was completely different. They actually called me and walked through the entire process, explaining everything in detail, things I already knew from my own research, without me even asking. That’s when I knew these were the guys to go with. It showed they knew their craft and weren’t just trying to rush a quote. They not only did an excellent job on my driveway, but also properly graded the yard to make sure water flows away from the house, which was extremely important to me. We hired McCormick Landscaping & Grading to remove large tree ball roots, haul off downed trees, level out an area and begin landscape bed prep on a home we just purchased in Savannah Lakes Village. We could not be more pleased with their work. Efficient and thorough communication. We were out of town during some of the work. Zack sent us photos and FaceTime videos to keep us apprised of the progress. The cost seemed fair. We appreciated that McCormick Landscape & Grading didn’t just want to finish the job.
